In order to enjoy the maximum amount of time allotted to your
appointment it is important to arrive at least 10 minutes early. In
consideration of all of our valued guests, late arrivals may have their
appointments shortened or rescheduled.
We are compassionate to the reality that personal schedules and
priorities change; however if you are required to cancel or reschedule
your appointment a minimum 24 hour notice must be phoned into the
Spa. Failure to provide us with notice will result in a 50% credit card
deposit for all future bookings. The credit card will not be charged
unless once again failure to give 24 hour notice occurs.
A credit card or valid Gift Card must be provided as a deposit upon
booking any Spa Packages or "Surprise" appointments. In the event
that the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50%
appointment fee will be charged.
For the comfort of all of our guests, cell phones are not for use within
the Spa. We additionally request all of our guests to be conscious of
individual noise levels as they converse and socialize with friends.
Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to accompany adults
during their services at the Spa. Alcohol is not allowed on site.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Interac, Cash and La Renaissance Spa
and Studio Gift Cards as methods of payment. Our prices are subject to
change and the applicable sales tax will be applied at the time of
purchase.
At La Renaissance European Day Spa we are proud to offer our valued
guests the convenience of wallet sized gift cards with no expiration date.
Our gift cards can be used at any time towards any of our Spa
Services, Exclusive Products, or Current Promotions. We offer
maximum flexibility with a gift that is truly personal.
Please Note:
- Gift cards are not refundable for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of La Renaissance European Day Spa or La Renaissance Studio.
- Gift card balances are tracked; however gift card purchasers and/or recipients are not.
